<All Nuke Skull> are a semi-casual Alliance Raiding guild that was initially formed by Jhonntae, Killet, Chevette and Xahara from <The Stormwind Crusaders> with the initial intention of seeing as much Burning Crusade content as possible before Wrath hits the shelves. We wanted a casual guild with a focus on raiding.... A guild where people would put in the effort required to down the bosses, but one that didn't carry the baggage and elitism normally associated with your typical hardcore raiding guild.
Wrath of the Lich King is now here! Our focus has been on levelling our characters but now turns to running raids... We've cleared Naxxramas on both Normal and Heroic mode, and we've taken Sartharion down with 1 drake up on Heroic.
From here, we're hoping to progress with more 25-man Heroic raids into Naxx and Obsidian Sanctum in order to snag more loot and achievements, and of course we're looking forward to some of the new content such as the Ulduar and Uthgard raids.
We are currently looking for a few new members to fill in the roster for more 25-man raids. See the Applications section for details.

So it's been a while since an update and many things have happened since the last time I posted some news.
First of all, we've lost a few good players (including 2 tanks) either to life in the Real World, or to life with other guilds. To those guys who are gone, all the best to you and look forward to catching up with you sometime in the future.
Second of all, 25-man Ulduar raids started with a bang... Flame Leviathan is such a fun fight! However the rest of Ulduar is quite tough for a semi-casual guild like ourselves. To this end, we've started running 10-man groups into Ulduar to "train" for the bigger picture, and already progress has been better (see the forums for pictures!)
Next up is the issues with Thursdays schedule.... Nobody seems interested in the Sartharion + 2/3 Drakes achievements, and attendence has been low... So as a replacement raid, I've been running 20-man Naxx runs (counting towards the achievement) or 10-Man Malygos. The head of the Blue Aspect fell last week for the first time (after a constant phase 3 wipe) and with a few more runs at this, I imagine a 25-man achievement won't be far away. Thanks to all those who did show their faces, and I hope you've enjoyed the challenges we faced on those lonely Thursday nights!
So in summary... It's been a busy, but wierd time for the guild. There have been some quiet patches since 3.1 hit (excuse the pun) but things seem to be hotting up once again. So congratulations to all those regulars who have been along for the ride, and welcome to those new members who are hoping to tag along!

Patch 3.1 hits tomorrow, and with it comes a new raid.
So we celebrated with another Naxx clear, and a one-shot of Kel'Thuzad. In fact, it was such a good boss kill, we decided to take the obligatory screen shot...

Another guild first happened this evening:
In Heroic Obsidian Sanctum, we took down Sartharion with 1 Drake up.
And it was easy :)

| Naxxramas Heroic Finally Cleared |

So on Tuesday 31st March 2009, Kel'Thuzad finally fell to the might of All Nuke Skull.
I know full well that all of you would have liked to have been there, but unfortunately only there was only space for 25 people, but that's not to say that only those 25 deserve the praise for the KT kill. I know the pain of not being around for a new boss kill (after all, I wasn't there the first time we killed Sapphiron) and I appreciate how it feels to be left out of something as momentous as the downing of the final boss of a raid.
So I would personally like to thank each and every single one of you that has been involved in raiding Heroic Naxxramas over the last few months. Without all of you guys turning up to each and every session, none of this would have been even remotely possible.
Without all those months of attempts, discussions, experience, and practice we would be just another scrub guild wiping on early bosses. But every time we've had a problem, someone has come forward with a strategy or an idea, or given us the inspiration required to overcome these issues.
So again I've just got to say: WELL DONE EVERYONE!

So... It's been a short while since the last update of Raid progress. Since that last update we've had a bit of guild drama and a few people were forcibly removed for being disruptive, we've had a high ranking officer hacked, and of course we've had the guild bank stolen and then returned.
Through all of that, we still found the time to get into Naxx, kick Thaddius and Sapphiron in the ass, and hopefully tonight Kel'Thuzad will follow suit!

So a big congratulations to everyone involved in these boss kills! Remember we now have 2 [Heroic Key to the Focusing Iris] and I'm sure a few more will follow. So Heroic Eye of Eternity raids are now on the horizon.
