Heya guys,

Just to answer a few questions I've been asked regarding Resto Druids and Haste as a stat.

I never used to care much about haste until ICC came in and I found myself feeling I was not getting the heals out fast enough. So I set out to find out what was going on and I stumbled apon this great website called Restorationdruid.com run by a lady called Angela. She's done the hard work of calculating the maths provided by Elitist Jerks. If I manage to work out how to link the actual page I'll do so.

But basically what things boil down to is this - with raid buffs you most likely are looking for 735 Haste if you have specced into celestial focus, or if like me you haven't wanted to spend the points there you need 856 Haste to be fully capped.

This is by no means an easy feat, and will be a great deal easier to acheive if you obtain the staff from Saurfang in 10 man ICC >> mag'hari cheiftain's staff << I myself had to completely re-gem to acheive the closest I could to the cap and I felt the benefits straight away.
