ALL NUKE SKULL - GUILD CHARTER
Whether this is in gchat, in private messages, on trade or general channels, I will not have guild members begging for money. Even if you are asking for a loan of gold, you will get one warning, then I will kick you from the guild. Begging and asking for loans makes you look bad and reflects badly on the guild. Getting into a borrowing/loaning situation often results in people getting hurt and angry and leads to drama. I will not tolerate it.
Because of obvious reasons regarding the security of an account, and because it is possibly one of the most insulting things you can ask someone on wow, this offence is an instant gkick and I will also report you to Blizzard.
I will not put up with people asking for high-level characters to "boost" them through low level content. This applied to both gchat and whispers. (I suggest you check LFG and go about the normal route of finding a group). It is fine for a high-level character to offer to "boost" someone through low-level content in gchat.
Use your head and try not to spam gchat too much. We have a fairly low tolerance to that sort of thing. This means no constant repeat of the same request or question, over and over and over again. If someone didn't reply the first, second or third time, they ain't going to answer you on the fourth, fifth and sixth. This means no multi-line macros that have no specific purpose (flags made from raid icons, ASCII moonkin, etc). It'sprobably funny once, but any more than that and these tend to get old really quickly. The occasional (and I mean occasional) recount output is fine. And of course, the officers will probably spam Vent details and other info from time to time... This is ok. I don't expect to see Dirge spam or it's equivalent. Guild chat spam could result in a warning or a gkick.
We will not tolerate abusive or overly immature behaviour for very long. We also don't like people who whine constantly about wiping in raids, not being picked for raids, not getting their drop, how they have no money, etc. We like positive, friendly people... People who know how to help themselves, know when to /w an officer instead of venting in gchat or voice comms, who know negative commentary can have an effect of the people around them. Know when to shut up basically (!) but also know when to talk to an officer for help, advice and support. Obviously we welcome feedback and carefully constructed (and constructive) critisism and the usual place for this is the forum. Constantly telling the Guild Master or Officers that they are wrong or that guild policy is wrong/stupid/unfair will not be tolerated. Make your views known, but then give the guild leadership time to analyse the situation and make the necessary decision. At the end of the day, if there is something about the guild that you cannot live with, you have the right to find another.
You all represent All Nuke Skull. In every instance, every raid, every battlegroup, you are a representative of this guild. You owe it to your fellow members to show the qualities befitting a true hero of the Alliance. Respect, honour, all that kind of stuff :)
If you are planning on coming to a raid we fully expect you to be prepared for a raid. This means that you should have your potions and consumables, make sure you have your ammo and reagents, that your gear doesn't need repair, that you have Omen and Big Wigs/Deadly Boss Mod installed, that you are logged into our Vent server, and most importantly, that you have read up on, and seen videos (where available) of the bosses that you will be expected to face. Raid preperation is key to success in a raiding guild. We ARE a raiding Guild! Lack of preperation will not go down at all well. This doesn't mean you have to be all epic. This just means that we'd expect you to have made the best of whatever gear is available to you, that you've worked hard in instances or on quests to get the gear that you're wearing. That hard work shows character. It shows that you deserve respect. It show that you are ready for raids. If you're in your lvl 62 greens, with empty sockets and no enchants... This shows us that you are not prepared to work hard, and that you just expect to jump on the raiding bandwagon and collect your purples simply for spamming a button. These are not the sorts of people we desire on our raids. Use the resources available on the internet such as http://www.wow-heroes.com or http://be.imba.hu to not only guage how ready you are for a particular raid, but to guide your gear improvements. Please check the Raiding Manifesto for further details on our raid expectations.
Please be mindful and respectful of the needs of other people when /rolling for or asking for a piece of loot. We are all here for the loot (and the progress obviously!) but the one thing that really annoys people is perceived loot greed. Remember that sometimes passing on loot, or allowing an undergeared person to receive loot that will generally be a better upgrade for them (instead of you) is alot more rewarding... Not only to you (knowing that you could have had a piece, but that you did the right thing by passing on it) but also because this can benefit the guild as a whole by having more people with the gear required to make good progress, making continued raids easier for all.
30 Days without being online will result in a kick. Report your extended downtime on the forums to avoid this fate. This rule allows us to keep the guild roster under control.
This will allow you to sign up for raids. Please let the guild officers/Guild Master know of any alts you wish to associate with this website account.
If you are planning on leaving us for another guild, and have applied for a position somewhere else, please do us the courtesy of telling the guild officers of your intentions, and then making your goodbyes before leaving immediately. We have no wish to continue to gear you up so that you can then move onwards to another guild. If we discover your application to another guild we will kick you immediately anyway. Leaving your current guild before applying elsewhere is often seen as good courtesy. If will also mean that you leave us on good terms, should your planned move not turn out for the best, you won't have burnt your bridges :)
