GUILD RANKS


Basically there are 5 main ranks.

1) Recruit.
2) Alt.
3) Member.
4) Raider.
5) Core Raider


Officers typically discuss the membership of each rank on a monthly basis.

All new members will be at Recruit rank for between a few days and a few weeks. At the present time to progress from a Recruit to a Member you need to settle into the guild and to have shown that you are a nice pleasant person who most people can get on with! Promotion to Member will be discussed by Officers during the Monthly meeting. All Members gain basic bank access.

All Alt characters have Alt status, which allows you access to guild chat, but without Bank priviledges.

Promotion to Raider is currently performed on an indivdual basis when an Officer or Raid Leader brings up your Rank for discussion during their monthly meeting. This usually happens when you have been raiding with us for a while and have shown to be knowledgable in your class, perform well during raids, have followed the raid rules/guildlines, etc. All Raiders get extra bank access and the ability to spend an amount of guild bank funds on repairs.

Core Raiders are our main 25-Man Raiding team. Core Raiders have to commit to being present on Wednesdays progression raids, and to indicate their availability on the guild calendar. In return these members will get priority for raid selection, plus greater bank and repair allowances. Membership of the Core Raider rank requires that you apply on the forum, and then your status will be decided upon by the Officers.
